We have arrived at Catalina State Park in Tucson Arizona. It was a really nice drive in, we crossed over a mountain that was very similar to City of Rocks, but much larger rocks of course, and very pretty. I got a couple of pictures from the RV...take a look:
Weather is warm but not much, I have the windows open in the RV and a nice breeze keeps us very happy. Our campground is excellent and we are about to go on a 2.3 mile loop hike before we have our Chuck wagon dinner of BBQ Ribs, baked beans and corn bread ! We have planned this dinner for 2 days but couldn't grill in yesterdays New Mexico winds so today looks like our day ! Oh and ranger says we should see a real road runner in the park, they are apparently everywhere ! xxoo TML
