Cody Museum Day 2 and Buffalo Bill Dam

DAY 2 AT CODY MUSEUM
We returned to the Cody Museum to see the areas we missed yesterday.  Joe and Henry took in the Firearms Museum and Linda and I went to the Indian Museum.  We all visited the Western Art Museum too, where I took some pictures of some really neat art.... here is a sampling !

BUFFALO BILL DAM
Just to the west of Cody is the Buffalo Bill Dam and we went out today to get a closer look at it.  Not nearly the size of Hoover's, which I am still thinking about, but it was pretty high up !  Here are a few pictures of that !
This is a tunnel next to the Dam !

You have to put the top two pictures together to see how deep this is.  I was holding the camera over the railing and shooting because I didn't dare look down ! Joe took the other pictures from the top of the dam.

We've had a great time in Cody and an excellent farewell lunch in town today.  We are now heading east to Buffalo, Wyoming for a couple of days.  We have a very windy day today and we are told this is the norm for Cody.  We hope that we get a break in the wind as we head out of the area but who knows.  xxoo TML
